Rather than starting from scratch each year, Grade Group Sponsors can use L.E.A.D.S. to find inspiration, reference previous activities, reuse helpful resources, and build upon successful programming.

As information becomes available, event records may include event descriptions, resources, planning materials, vendors, documents, photos, outcomes, and lessons learned. The purpose is not simply to show upcoming events — it is to preserve institutional knowledge so future committees can build upon previous work.
