Meet NSAC L.E.A.D.S.
Our Chapter. Our Knowledge. One Place.
Leadership • Engagement • Administration • Documentation • Support
NSAC L.E.A.D.S. is our centralized digital chapter hub designed to make it easier for NSAC mothers to access information, participate in chapter activities, support leadership transitions, and preserve the knowledge our chapter builds from year to year.
The L.E.A.D.S. member workspace is secure and accessible only to approved NSAC members.
Why We Created L.E.A.D.S.
One chapter. Decades of knowledge. Now one place.
Over the years, valuable chapter knowledge can become spread across emails, documents, handbooks, individual members, committees, folders, and leadership transitions.
L.E.A.D.S. creates a centralized place to preserve and organize that information. Its purpose is to make information easier to find, strengthen leadership and committee transitions, reduce duplicated work, and help future mothers build upon the knowledge and experiences of those who served before them.

Grade Group Activities
Plan smarter by building on what NSAC has already done. Explore activities from current and previous program years, including available activity descriptions, programmatic thrust alignment, planning resources, locations, vendors, service components, and supporting information. Rather than starting from scratch each year, Grade Group Sponsors can use L.E.A.D.S. to find inspiration, reference previous activities, reuse helpful resources, and build upon successful programming.
Chapter-Wide Events
Access current and previous chapter-wide programs and preserve planning knowledge from year to year. As information becomes available, event records may include event descriptions, resources, planning materials, vendors, documents, photos, outcomes, and lessons learned. The purpose is not simply to show upcoming events — it is to preserve institutional knowledge so future committees can build upon previous work.
Fundraising Events
Access fundraising event information, available planning resources, sponsors, historical information, and other knowledge that can assist future fundraising committees.
Governance
